Refund policy

Return Policy

All purchases are final; however, exceptions can be made in some cases. Returns will be made on a case-by-case basis. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Additionally, if a return is accepted, arrangements and costs of return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged, missing or incorrect items
If you receive the incorrect item or it was damaged upon delivery, please contact us so that we can arrange a replacement or apply a credit to your account. Must be notified of any damaged or incorrect items within 48 hours of delivery. You will not be responsible for shipping costs of replacement products for damages, missing, or incorrect items.

Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 24 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
