What Is the Merkaba?

The Merkaba is a sacred geometric form made of two interlocking tetrahedrons—one pointing upward and one pointing downward.

Together, they symbolize the union of complementary forces: spirit and body, above and below, inner and outer, movement and stillness.

Meaning of the Word:

Mer — Light
Ka — Spirit
Ba — Body

The Merkaba is often used as a symbol of integration, balance, spiritual awareness, and the relationship between the physical and the divine.

Rather than carrying us away from ordinary life, it can remind us to bring our beliefs, inner awareness, and daily actions into greater alignment.
